Join our award-winning PR and media team as we bring Hollywood magic to Ohio for the #WorstChristmasEver VIP Movie Premiere! This red-carpet experience will feature celebrity appearances, a private screening, and an exclusive Q&A with the cast and production team.
We’re looking for motivated, professional volunteers who are eager to gain experience in event coordination, guest management, and entertainment publicity. Volunteers will work alongside AOAGWLLC’s elite production and PR staff, supporting all phases of the premiere — from red carpet to curtain call.
Volunteer Details
Event Timeframe: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Volunteer Call Time: 4:30 PM
Dress Code: All black, professional attire (no logos or sneakers)
Perks: Complimentary premiere access, networking opportunities, and an official Certificate of Participation from An Officer and Gentlewoman, LLC.
Volunteer Roles
Guest Relations Team: Greet attendees, manage check-in and credentials, escort VIPs.
Red Carpet & Media Team: Support media outlets, manage talent arrivals, and assist photographers.
Hospitality & Talent Support: Maintain green room, assist with catering, and coordinate talent flow.
Theatre & Audience Ushers: Guide attendees to seats, manage theatre flow during the screening.
Q&A & Breakdown Team: Set up Q&A area, support post-event wrap-up.
