ATLANTA, GA —Frank Ski, Hall of Fame broadcaster, award-winning journalist, music producer, philanthropist, and one of the most influential voices in American media, has officially signed with An Officer and Gentlewoman, LLC (AOAGWLLC) for management representation to include emphasis around brand management and public relations.
Known throughout the industry as the "Rainmaker of Urban Radio," Frank Ski has spent more than three decades shaping culture, driving conversations, and influencing generations of listeners through a career that has made him one of the most respected personalities in broadcasting.
A member of the Black Radio Hall of Fame, Ski built a legacy that few broadcasters have achieved. He transformed Baltimore's 92Q Morning Show from tenth place to first place in less than a year and later co-created Atlanta's legendary Frank & Wanda in the Morning, a ratings powerhouse that attracted more than 1.2 million listeners each week and became one of the most successful radio programs in the country.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ski has interviewed some of the world's most recognizable leaders, entertainers, and athletes, including Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jordan, Jay-Z, T.I., and countless other cultural icons. His final interview with Coretta Scott King remains one of the most significant moments of his journalistic career, while his interview with Wayne Williams helped reignite national attention surrounding the Atlanta Child Murders investigation..
Beyond broadcasting, Ski has left an indelible mark on the music industry as a producer, earning a Billboard Magazine Independent Record of the Year nomination for the groundbreaking hit "Doo Doo Brown." His work has been featured in major film and television productions, while his contributions to gospel music earned him a Stellar Award.
Just as impactful is Ski's commitment to community service. Through the Frank Ski Kids Foundation, he has helped transform the lives of hundreds of young people by exposing them to educational opportunities, global travel, leadership development, and career pathways that would otherwise remain out of reach. His dedication to youth empowerment has earned national recognition, including Black Enterprise's National Community Champion Awards.
As he continues to expand his influence across media, business, philanthropy, and public speaking, Ski has selected AOAGWLLC to oversee strategic public relations and management initiatives designed to further elevate his brand, amplify his philanthropic mission, and create new opportunities across multiple industries.
"Frank Ski is more than a broadcaster. He is a cultural institution," said Raquel Riley Thomas, Founder and CEO of AOAGWLLC. "His influence has transcended radio, impacting journalism, entertainment, business, and community leadership. Few personalities have remained relevant, respected, and influential for as long as Frank Ski.
